Due to the lack of men’s hands, Valentina is forced to give up sowing the land with various necessary crops. Everything is sown with soybeans, since this crop requires less effort to harvest. Each of us has a chance to help a farmer raise funds for the purchase of a corn planter, which will significantly reduce manual labor on the farm.
History of farm
From the first days of the war, farmer Valentina was forced to take on all the work on the farm. While her husband defends Ukraine from the enemy, she bravely engages in animal husbandry, cultivates 10 hectares of land, and raises three children.
The woman has never once complained that it is difficult for her, although it is impossible to imagine where she draws all her strength. Love for work was instilled by Valentina's parents, who also maintained a farm. And the farmer likes this business, she knows everything about cows since childhood, sows and grows corn, lays silage, and as a result, gets beautiful calves and nutritious milk.
Valentina is already thinking about how to survive the second sowing without male hands on the farm. After all, the war may continue throughout the spring.
The purchase of a precision seeding corn planter will reduce seed consumption and facilitate manual labor when harvesting silage.
Helping to raise funds for equipment for this farming family means not only supporting the farmer but expressing gratitude to her husband for our protection in the bloody war against the Russian aggressor.
